This is a big deal though.
You know why?
Because in this case, the fetus was only 6 weeks old.

6 weeks old.

Not viable outside the womb, which is generally the standard for granting personhood and considering feticide to be murder.

So the question is then: when is a person a person? In this case, the FBI is granting personhood to the aborted fetus because it was wanted.
Does the desire to have a baby make a person a person? Is it reaching a certain developmental stage? It’s all so arbitrary. If the government is going to draw lines, they need to draw some solid lines.
